Register your child for a class or camp. After you register an email with a Paypal link, a waiver, acknowledgment of class expectiations and more information will be sent to you with in 48 hours.  Classes are limited and spots are filled on a first come first serve basis.  Please review class expectations and make-up policy at the bottom of the page. Behavior and character trait expectations:
Students are expected to adhere to the following character traits at Yoga Up:
1).  Be mindful. We say this means to be kind, helpful and safe.
2). Be cognitively flexible (be willing to try, learn and create new things each class)!

Behavioral expectations for each child are to:
1). follow safety instructions.
2). Stay on task during class lessons (occasional redirection is given).
3). Avoid distracting others during a 2-3 minute meditation/relaxation. *
If a child is unable to meet these expectations in a group setting, You have the option of enrolling in private lessons on the first Saturday of the month. We offer 20 minute free trials in the hammock. If you are uncertain if your child can meet the expectations, please contact us to visit the studio before camps/classes begin. Yoga Up reserves the right to remove or transfer a child that is unable to meet the above expectations to ensure safety of all children and to honor the time and practice of all enrolled.

Make-up Classes:
Yoga Up does not offer make-up classes.  It is highly encouraged that students attend all classes, but we keep classes small enough so that we can always catch kids up if they have missed a class.  

If your child has an injury requiring a physical respite, please email with doctors orders and we can make accommodations as needed.

WHAT TO BRING:  All students/campers: Please bring a water bottle to all classes & camps.  There’s no need to bring a yoga mat.  We practice on foam floors!  Students should wear clothing that covers knees and armpits and free of jewelry that could snag the hammocks.
